MEET THE FANS!
Every month, we will be interviewing members of our club, to find out more about them.

Our first member to be interviewed is Myron Edwards, living in Limassol.
Q 1.) Where are you from, originally?
A. Essex and North London
Q 2.) When did you move to Cyprus?
A. Just over four years ago.
Q 3.) Why did you decide to move to Cyprus?
A. I married a second generation Greek Cypriot. Every year we came out here for our vacation. We made the decision to move because our kids weren’t doing so well in the UK.
Q 4.) When did your love affair with THFC begin?
A. It started when I saw the cup final of 1961 and that side was special. That was the first football match I ever saw
Q 5.) Who is your all time favourite Spurs footballer?
A. When Jimmy Greaves came along, he became my hero!
Q 6.) What is your job?
A I am a Creative Director for an Advertising Agency called Face Art in Limassol, we have just opened an office in Nicosia, and I am an author, having just published my first book.
Q 7.) Tell us about the book.
A. The title of the book is, ‘The Mistress of the Rock’. It is about the secret of Aphrodite's Rock -- why is it called Aphrodite's Rock when there are no references to it as her birthplace in documents or literature or images. It took me three months to write the book. I originally wrote it as a screenplay, for which there is a film company in the UK now looking for financing to turn it into a movie.
Q 8) Where is your book available?
A. It is available in bookshop across Cyprus and online at Amazon.com. Or on the website www.themistressoftherock.com
Q 9.) How much does it cost?
A. 14 euros for the book and 4 euros for the poster.
Q 10.) What can you do for our members?
A. For all CSSC Members, a special price of 12 euros and personally signed by the author!
We would like to thank Myron for allowing us the time to interview him.
Myron will be at the annual Beano this month, and will be available to sign his book for us.
Don’t miss next month’s fan, getting the questions!
